When you use LikelyAI to evaluate text or images, your inputs are transmitted to our servers to perform inference:
We do not use submitted user content (text or images) to train, fine-tune, or retrain any artificial intelligence models. Your submissions are never shared with public repositories or third-party data brokers.
Standard web server logs (including IP addresses, browser user-agents, request timestamps, and response codes) may be recorded temporarily for security monitoring, debugging, and rate-limiting purposes. These logs do not contain the content of your analyzed files.
Our detection scores represent mathematical confidence levels derived from statistical language patterns and visual frequency signatures. A high score indicates a high concentration of typical generative artifacts, but does not constitute forensic certainty.
LikelyAI is designed as an investigative aid, not an arbiter of academic integrity, copyright ownership, or fraud verification. Educational institutions, employers, and moderators must conduct manual human reviews rather than relying solely on automated scores to determine misconduct.
This service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances will LikelyAI or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our detection tools.
